We provide a tracking number via email most packages that we ship but we DO NOT insure any packages.

USPS shipping options available at checkout:

Ground Advantage: Arrives in 4-6 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding holidays. 

Faster:    Priority Mail: arrives in 3-5 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding holidays. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.  

• • Fastest:    Express Priority Mail 

    2-4 days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and holidays. Delivery date may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.
    

  • Same-Day Shipping (Express Orders Only)

    Must be placed by 2:00 pm Mountain Time/ 4:00 pm Eastern
    All overnight, 2-day and 3-day express orders will be shipped SAME DAY if the order is received before 2:00 pm Mountain Time, Tuesday through Saturday (barring events outside of our control).

 

USPS International Shipping option: 

• United States Postal Service (USPS)

  Priority Mail International - Takes 4-8 business days to arrive at Customs.

  Customs fees or taxes are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Ornamental Beads, LLC.

  Customs fees and taxes will vary. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

  A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Ornamental Beads, LLC being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

RETURNS:

Returns accepted for 30 days after purchase. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return postage is not covered by Ornamental Beads. 

 

Curbside Pick-up: 

Select the Curbside option at checkout, we will pull your order and have it ready when you arrive. We will call or text you as soon as it is ready, then head on over!

 

Variations in stock:

Due to the manufacturing process, there are inherent variations in our stock such as color, finish, texture etc. We do not re-photograph each item upon arrival of new stock so please bear in mind that items may vary from images online.
